General conditions of sale

Cancellation conditions:

Any partial or total cancellation must be requested directly from La Bastide, either by email or by post.

from February 1st to July 3rd and from August 24th to November 30th

- If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the arrival date, no fees will be retained.

- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total planned stay is charged (excluding tourist tax)

from July 4th to August 23rd

- If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival date, no fees will be retained.

- If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the planned stay is charged (excluding tourist tax)

- In the event of a no-show or if the customer leaves the guesthouse on the same day of arrival, "La Bastide" reserves the right to charge and claim or charge the total amount of the stay. Similarly, if the customer shortens his stay by one or more nights, the total amount of the stay is due.

Security deposit: A valid credit card number is required for the reservation. No deposit will be debited from your account and the total amount will be due during your stay on site.

Pets: No pets are allowed in the hotel rooms. Anyone with a reservation who shows up at the establishment may be refused entry. 

Breakfast hours:Breakfast is served in the restaurant room from 8am to 10am.

Taxes and fees: All taxes included. A tourist tax is in effect, its amount is set by the Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée. It is €1.30 per person.

No booking fees.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in will be from 2pm and check-out is before 11am. Please note that there is no one between 2pm and 6pm in the establishment to welcome you. A confirmation email is sent upon booking and indicates the hotel's digicode number as well as your room so that you can settle in.

Rates:The prices indicated are rates in euros including VAT per room and per night, for two people, breakfasts not included and for the chosen date. 

The Tourist Tax is to be added (per person and per day) to the rates indicated.

Our rates and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be renewed for subsequent bookings. Non-contractual conditions, rates and offers are subject to change without notice.

Duration of stay:The customer may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain on the premises.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

- Bank card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, EUROCARD. The cardholder expressly authorises SAS HDP La Bastide to collect the amount of the deposit and/or balance agreed in these terms and conditions of sale.

Reservation modification

Any reservation modification must be requested directly from La Bastide, either by post or by email.

This modification request will only be effective when La Bastide has confirmed its acceptance by email or by post. Subject to availability and at the discretion of La Bastide, the duration of the stay may be extended, without obligation to remain in the same room, nor at the same price. If the stay is shortened by one or more nights, no refund is possible.

Personal effects

La Bastide declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to customers' personal effects. If they are forgotten in the room at the end of the stay, the effects can be returned to the person concerned, upon request and at their expense.
